Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist with experience in neurosurgical procedures to join a high-performing operating room team. This role involves supporting complex surgeries involving the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves in a precise and high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during neurosurgical procedures while maintaining a sterile field
Prepare surgical instruments and ensure proper setup for complex neuro cases
Manage surgical tools and supplies, ensuring their availability and sterility
Remain focused and composed during long, intricate procedures
Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for optimal patient care
Requirements:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
Minimum 1 year of neurosurgery experience in an OR setting
Expertise in neurosurgical instruments and operating room protocol
Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and critical thinking skills
