Project Summary

The project involves enhancing the OPSC Online system to comply with the requirements of Proposition 2 (AB247). This includes developing new programs and modifying existing features, such as school facility program grants, energy efficiency grants, and disaster housing funding. The work will improve system performance, efficiency, and user experience, and will require the augmentation of staff with expertise in project management, technical leadership, business solutions analysis, and usability testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum three (3) years FTE experience in a mix of text, images, data, sound, animation, and other effects to create interactive communication products as part of a product development team, ADA, OWAS compliance, and guidelines.
• Minimum three (3) years FTE experience as a Test Lead developing software test plans, writing test cases, and performing system testing, testing API using tools such SoapUI, working with QA analysts and software developers to find solutions.
• Minimum three (3) years FTE experience providing end user software training and creating associated training material.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience using Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
• Minimum Five (5) years FTE experience in designing, developing and implementing Test Automation framework using technologies such as Playwright, C#, Nunit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA process, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) with a focus on system functionality and user experience.
• Create test documentation, including plans, cases, and automation frameworks using tools like Playwright and Nunit.
• Support defect tracking and resolution, ensuring the software meets business and technical requirements.
• Provide end-user training and create training materials.
• Manage testing activities, ensuring all high-priority bugs are resolved before Go-Live.
• Serve as an escalation point for testing-related issues and maintain testing standards.
