Wilson Ford Lincoln is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Janitor to join our team in Saginaw, MI. The ideal candidate will help maintain cleanliness and a safe environment throughout our facility, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces.
• Maintain restrooms by cleaning fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring they are sanitary at all times.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly and regularly.
• Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed to maintain a neat facility appearance.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs encountered during cleaning duties.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
