Industry: Public Accounting Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a passion for accuracy and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting audits and tax filings in a fast-paced public accounting environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards Support external audits and tax preparation activities Collaborate with team members to improve financial procedures Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Previous experience in accounting roles, preferably in public accounting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
