Job Description
**THE DAY TO DAY:**
+ **This is a Union position, MUST be OK working on all shifts. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift, as well as weekends.**
+ Will rotate shifts every 3 months (1st shift for 3 months, 2nd shift for 3 months, 3rd shift for 3 months)
+ $28-33/hr is the starting rate, with pay increased offered after 180 days.
+ $1500 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER COMPLETION OF 180 DAYS
+ MEDICAL, DENTAL, LIFE INSURANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE, 401K, PAID TIME OFF, PAID HOLIDAYS, PAID VACATION ARE OFFERED
+ Follow the preventive maintenance schedule in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's recommendation and industry accepted best practices for all plant equipment.
+ Maintain, repair or replace equipment, while performing basic mechanical and electrical repair work.
+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair, 120V - 480V 1 phase/3 phase electrical equipment.
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
+ Notice and report any abnormal conditions/ failures and take required corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of such conditions.
+ Perform electrical testing, motor testing, fuse/continuity checks, and voltage/resistance/current relationships.
+ Perform machinery and basic equipment examinations to troubleshoot defects and visual wear Perform machine shop functions (sheet metal, steel layout and welding).

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
