Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled UKG Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will specialize in implementing, configuring, and optimizing UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Advanced Scheduling and Timekeeping solutions for enterprise clients.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to enhance workforce management strategies, improve compliance, and streamline labor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of UKG Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting modules.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Optimize workforce scheduling processes to align with business goals and labor compliance standards.
• Customize and configure scheduling rules, pay codes, accruals, and timekeeping policies.
• Provide expertise in data migration, system integration, and reporting within UKG environments.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation phases.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation for system usage and best practices.
• Support post-go-live activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of UKG Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting modules.
• Strong understanding of labor compliance, union rules, and scheduling best practices.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations using APIs, middleware, or other tools.
• Proficiency in configuring pay rules, accruals, scheduling rules, and timekeeping workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Waterfall project environments.
• UKG or Kronos certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions (WFD).
• Familiarity with reporting tools like UKG Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• Knowledge of integration tools such as Dell Boomi, SAP, or Workday integrations.
• Project management experience with enterprise-scale implementations.
