About the Role Are you a motivated self-starter with a knack for connecting with people over the phone? We’re looking for driven individuals to join our team as Outbound Call Telemarketers! In this role, you’ll help customers lower their monthly car payments through friendly, professional outreach. No prior automotive experience required. If you have a strong background in telemarketing and enjoy high-volume calling, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities * Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to current and prospective customers * Clearly communicate how customers can reduce their monthly car payments * Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure a consistent, positive customer experience * Accurately track and report call outcomes in our CRM system * Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude with every call Qualifications * Telemarketing, call center, or outbound sales experience preferred * Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred * Strong communication and persuasion skills * Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day * Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly * Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a desire to help others Benefits * Starting pay at $18 per hour - $20 per hour * Performance-based bonuses and incentives * Opportunities for advancement and professional growth * Supportive team environment Equal Opportunity Employer:We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
