• Exemplify leadership by directing maintenance activities and troubleshooting strategies for high-value manufacturing equipment.
• Engage in rigorous maintenance tasks for complex industrial systems and oversee preventive measures to maintain equipment reliability.
• Manage comprehensive documentation and exceed regulatory compliance requirements using advanced CMMS software.
• Collaborate with vendors and coordinate installation and repair services effectively.
• Coach and propel team capacity by delivering skills training programs to junior technicians.

Your Skill Set:

• High School Diploma with over 6 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficient in interpreting technical schematics and operating modern industrial automation tools.
• Familiar with safety and compliance procedures critical in a manufacturing setting.
• Adaptable to learn emerging technologies in machinery and control systems, with credentials in PLC and robotics as a plus.
