Digital: BI Data Visualization - Tableau
Digital: Salesforce Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM)
Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau CRM, and Einstein Analytics.
Strong understanding of Discovery capabilities within CRM Analytics.
Extensive experience with SQL, SOQL, and data manipulation.
Proficiency in designing and managing dataflows.
Experience with MuleSoft or other ETL tools is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize Salesforce automations (Process Builder, Flow, Apex).
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business language.
Strong collaborative spirit and a track record of successful cross-functional team engagement.
