We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Remote Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team.
As a Remote Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with day-to-day administrative tasks, project coordination, and communication. You’ll work closely with assigned clients or internal teams to help manage schedules, handle correspondence, and keep operations running smoothly—all from the comfort of your remote workspace.
Manage email and calendar scheduling on behalf of clients or executives
Respond to inquiries and handle routine communications professionally and promptly
Perform data entry, document preparation, and file management
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and virtual events
Research and compile information for reports or client projects
Maintain task lists, project trackers, and follow-ups using productivity tools
Manage social media accounts or basic marketing tasks (as needed)
Provide customer support or client liaison services when required
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud-based tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Zoom)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Self-motivated and dependable, with a high level of professionalism
Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote work environment
