Northern Light Medical Management seeks a detail-oriented  Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assist in investigating imaging discrepancies and preparing reports for corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, audits, and compliance findings
• Ensure compliance with ACR (American College of Radiology), Joint Commission, and state/federal guidelines
• Review Images on multiple PACs system
• Direct communication to the site to verify Amendment requests
• Communicate with the Radiologist regarding Amendments
• Update company trackers and maintain other documentation as required
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the Director of Risk Management and Quality Assurance

Qualifications: 

• 2 years of experience in a healthcare, radiology, or quality assurance setting
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and/or CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certification and experience in radiology which is a plus but not required
• Basic understanding of radiology quality standards and imaging procedures
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask to the list of qualifications
• Familiarity with coding for Radiology and reporting in the PACs dictation system
• Ability to communicate effectively with radiologist staff members
• Understanding of Modality Imaging
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Mammo experience/MQSA is a plus.
