What Youll Do:

• Teach dynamic group classes using Balanced Body Reformers, EXO Chairs, springboards, TRX, and more
• Provide safe, effective, and results-driven workouts for all fitness levels
• Offer clear cues and thoughtful modifications to support client success
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and equipment setup
• Engage with clients during check-ins and promote studio offerings authentically
• Be a motivating, inspiring presence in every class you lead

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Fully certified in Pilates (minimum 450-hour comprehensive apparatus training)
• Confident teaching reformer-based group classes
• Positive, professional, and high-energy teaching style
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and with a team
• Tech-comfortable or willing to learn ClubReady software
• Passionate about movement, wellness, and building community

Compensation & Scheduling:

• Certified Instructors: $25$35 per class (based on experience and class size)
• Apprentice Instructors: $20 per class + $3 per head over 6 participants
• Minimum commitment: 3 classes per week
