Job Description

Senior Helpers of Norman is hiring immediately for a Office Manager to join our growing team. This is a leadership role that combines clinical excellence with operational oversight. As a key member of our management team, you will ensure our clients receive compassionate, high quality care while guiding and supporting our staff to perform their best. Office will be located in Norman, and will be required to commute daily to office location for training and day to day operations. Salary & Bonus: $45,000- 55,000 annually plus bonus opportunities What You’ll Do As our office manager, you will: * Oversee day-to-day agency operations including recruiting, client relations, payroll, EMR management, and staff scheduling. * Lead clinical oversight by completing assessments, supervisory visits, and skills verification. * Ensure all caregivers are competent, trained, and supported in providing safe, high quality care. * Conduct program evaluations and record reviews to maintain compliance and excellence. * Collaborate with management to implement and refine operational procedures. * Serve as a mentor and resource to staff, maintaining the highest professional nursing standards. * Act as an advocate for clients, addressing concerns promptly and reinforcing a culture of safety and respect. * Partner with leadership on marketing initiatives and growth strategies to expand our reach in the community. Qualifications * Experience in staff management and client care oversight (home care experience strongly preferred) * Skilled in documentation, assessments, and care planning * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Benefits * Paid time off
