The successful candidate will support the area in and around Southern Delaware, working in Georgetown, Seaford and Harrington, DE; work day shift hours and 2 holidays a year.As an Occupational Therapist you will:Collaborate and lead one or more COTAComplete a target of at least 12 visits a weekEngage with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environmentRequirements:Requires 1 year of experience as a OT; appropriate licensure.Home care experience preferred.Proof of a valid driver's license and active auto insurance is required.About ChristianaCare:ChristianaCare is one of the country's most dynamic health systems, centered on improving health outcomes, making high-quality care more accessible and lowering health care costs.
