Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time attorney to join our Life Sciences practice area for our Raleigh, NC office. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience providing legal support to FDA-regulated businesses, such as pharmaceutical, medical device, or biologics manufacturers or CDMOs. Law firm or in-house legal experience required.
Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service agreements, clinical trial agreements, license agreements, distribution agreements, and manufacturing and supply agreements. Familiarity with general legal, business, and corporate matters is a plus.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and in line with other successful law firms. Role may be deemed “associate” or “counsel” depending upon experience. This position offers some work from home flexibility.
