Remote Work Flexibility

To support a smooth transition into your role, we ask that all new team members work onsite five days a week during the first three months for training and onboarding purposes. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced & enthusiastic Information Technology Trainer to effectively educate our users on how to best utilize and maximize the use of our applications and systems, with the ongoing goal of maximizing user adoption, efficiency, and productivity.  


Responsibilities

  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of all firm applications & systems used by our users
  • Perform one-on-one and group trainings
  • Develop and execute proactive, user centric training courses, materials, presentations, and educational videos to assist in teaching basic & advance instruction on application usage & optimization
  • Determine the most efficient methods for accomplishing tasks utilizing our applications & systems
  • Work with IT Admin team in evaluating new applications, features, & systems
  • Conduct new hire orientations 
  • Keep informed on application & system updates & upgrades
  • Work with IT team in troubleshooting user application & system issues
  • Assess the needs of our users and what applications or systems can meet them
  • Maintain a record of training activities & feedback
  • Establish and maintain a user training platform


Requirements

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively convey technical material in easy to understand ways and at a pace for non-technical users to be able to comprehend and use.
  • High level proficiency & knowledge of Windows OS & Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Team Player that works well with others and follows directives
  • Ability and desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Able and willing to work in the office and remotely
  • Self-motivated with ability to “think outside the box”
  • Possess technical & creative skills to develop engaging and interesting training materials
  • Willingness to travel to give or attend trainings & conferences
  • IT related degree or certification(s)
  • Proven technical training experience
  • Experience producing training materials
  • Experience training users on NetDocuments is a plus
  • Law Firm Experience is a plus


Company Offers

  • Salary range $85,000 - $90,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and locations.
