Each year, BCAN provides thousands of patients, caregivers and the medical community with the educational resources and support services they need to navigate their bladder cancer journeys. BCAN works collaboratively with medical and research professionals who are dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer.
We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to support our revenue growth plans to invest in our patient education and bladder cancer research initiatives.
Position Summary
The Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network is seeking a dedicated and motivated Fundraising Manager, for Walk to End Bladder Cancer. Reporting to the Senior Development Manager/Walk Director, the Fundraising Manager candidate must have a passion for supporting a meaningful cause and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Utilizing proven networking and relationship building skills to cultivate key community connections, the ideal candidate will drive success and achieve revenue goals by strategically engaging community and corporate leaders and empowering sustainable volunteer committees.
This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be able to work in our Bethesda, Maryland offices at least two days per week.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000 per year.
BCAN offers an excellent benefits package including paid time off, retirement plan contributions, medical, dental, vision insurance and competitive salary commensurate with experience. BCAN is a leader in the bladder cancer community and is committed to diversity. As the safety of our staff and community is our top priority, we will interview and screen candidates in this new virtual landscape. Must be willing to work on-site in Bethesda, MD a minimum of two days per week. This frequency may increase based upon the workload.
