Job description:As part of this role, you will represent respected nonprofit organizations at live events, engaging with the public, sharing each charity's mission, and encouraging involvement or contributions. You'll play a meaningful part in helping causes gain visibility while also developing valuable communication and people skills.Key Responsibilities:Engage face-to-face with event attendees at booths, pop-ups, and public spacesRepresent charitable organizations by sharing their values, mission, and goalsExplain how individuals can get involved or support each causePerform live presentations or product demos (depending on the campaign)Set up and manage visually appealing displaysAnswer questions clearly and confidently, providing relevant informationCollect feedback and relay insights to the internal teamDistribute materials and create a lasting, positive impression for each organizationParticipate in training sessions to strengthen communication and outreach skillsRequired profile:What We're Looking For:A warm, engaging personality with excellent communication skillsSomeone who is passionate about helping others and making a differenceComfortable speaking with new people in a face-to-face settingReliable, professional, and eager to learnAble to work on their feet and handle fast-paced event environmentsPrior experience in events, promotions, or fundraising is helpful but not requiredCompany description:The Buzz Xchange is dedicated to creating powerful, face-to-face connections between brands and causes, and the public.
