We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns across various channels. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain hands-on exposure in campaign management within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, analytics, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and optimal campaign performance.
Monitor and report on campaign progress, providing regular updates and insights to senior team members.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support the creation of campaign assets, including briefs, schedules, and content outlines.
Help manage campaign budgets, track expenditures, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
Analyze campaign data and metrics, using findings to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and media outlets as needed.
Maintain organized documentation of campaign activities, assets, and results.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign management (internships and academic projects considered).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
