Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Aurora, CO (100% In-Person)
Reports To: Manager

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Salary: $20 per hour

Summary / Objective:
The Data Analyst will support the team by performing data-related tasks to help drive informed business decisions. This role involves working primarily with Excel and email communication in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
Missing Information Data Management
Daily Sample Tracking
Scheduling Pick-ups for Clinics
Frequent Distribution of Forms to Clinics
Engaging with and Responding to Sales and Client Inquiries Regarding Test Results
Sample Tracking and Supplies Management
Manage and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
Communicate effectively via email with internal teams
Support data entry, reporting, and data quality initiatives
Assist with administrative or analytical tasks as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
Corporate office environment. This is a fully onsite role with no remote work.
Physical Demands:
Primarily sedentary office work with minimal physical activity, similar to roles such as secretary or accountant.
Work Schedule:
Flexible hours. This role can be full-time or part-time. Specific schedule to be determined with the manager.
Travel Requirements:
No travel required. Fully on site in Aurora, CO.
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and professional email communication
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional experience with data analysis tools or platforms is a plus
Strong organizational and documentation skills
