The Lawyer will be developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence as needed. This position is perfect for somone that wants to build strong relationships with a dedicated client focused team.

Responsibilities in this role will include:

* drafting securities and related materials
* reviewing and finalizing related closing documents
* creating and maintaining financial resources

The successful candidate will have:

* Superb organization skills and strong work ethic
* Strong legal, analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience prioritizing multiple projects at any given time

The candidate must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
