We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's outreach and engagement strategies. As a Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication plans that showcase our mission, values, and initiatives to various stakeholders, including employees, clients, and community members.
$24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with organizational objectives.
Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and press releases.
Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure message consistency and clarity.
Research and analyze communication trends and effectiveness to improve strategies and outreach efforts.
Support the organization of events, including promotional activities, press conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
Maintain the organization’s website and ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in communications, marketing, or public relations roles, preferably in a nonprofit or community-focused organization.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of digital media platforms and social media best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
